Cables You May Need:

If your car's radio antenna port is the same as the picture and it is in the trunk, you will need to order two extension cables (XTRONS ISOFZ and FZMF) to finish the installation. 

If your car's original radio has a 4.3" or 7" screen with a 12 pin plug, or you have the navigation drive located in the rear of your car, you will need to order an extra 6m extension cable to aid the installation. (XTRONS EXL005 and EXL007 are compatible).
Connect the blue plug in XTRONS ISO wiring harness ONLY if there is a 12-pin plug in your car.

If there is a DSP (Digital Sound Processing) button in your factory radio, or your car has a digital sound system such as a  "Harman Kardon", you will need to order an extension cable to aid the installation. (XTRONS EXL007 is compatible).

If your car has a fibre optic amplifier system, you will need a decoder to aid the installation. (XTRONS FOBB05 is compatible).

If you want to install this unit in your Rover 75 (1999-2005), MG ZT (2001-2005), you will need to cut the trimming of this unit on both sides. Also, if your radio harness is 36pin, you will  need to order an extra ISO wiring harness from us. (XTRONS AK/PSP9046B/ISOCBL02 is compatible) Caution: Please make sure that all the functions operate properly before trimming. 
Important Notes on Compatibility:

Please check your car's centre console and see whether there is an air-conditioning cover as the supplied picture shows. If there is, you can remove it to the container and then install this unit in your car perfectly.

We only accept payments via ebay. Collection is not available.

You can pay for the item with any bank card via the ebay payment method.

We ship international orders by DHL/Fedex directly from our Hong Kong Warehouse. It normally takes 3-5 working days to reach the recipient depending on the location.

We arrange the shipment within one working day after the payment is cleared by our side as long as buyer's PayPal account is verified or shipping address is confirmed by PayPal.
Postage and handling fee above does not include any remote area fee.

For addresses listed in remote area, there will be an extra US$35.00 remote area fee applied.

Attention: Delivery time does not include weekends and public vacations.
If you need pre-arrival SMS from DHL/Fedex for delivery, please make sure you provide the correct cell phone number.

We are NOT liable for ANY import tax, customs fee, or customs delay. If the parcel is return back to us due to the buyer's refusal to pay the above fee, we would NOT resend the parcel until the buyer complete those fees and pay ALL the return and resend cost. Buyer can not cancel the order or request refund based on the above reason.

1. Standard 30 day return policy:
If you do not like / are not satisfied with an item within 30 days, starting on the day after the day on which you took delivery, you can return the item for a refund or an exchange providing it is in a perfect and resalable condition. You are liable for all return carriage costs in relation to returns / cancellations. The product must be returned in the condition it was received.

2. Manufacturer's warranty:
Beyond this 30 days period, you are covered under the manufacturer's warranty which is typically 1 year. please note the buyer is liable for all return carriage costs in relation to returns. If your product becomes faulty during this period, you should contact us via email to receive technical support in the first instance. We will then arrange for your item to be repaired or replaced or provide details of the manufacturers local service center.

If goods returned under this clause are found to be in full working order, an inspection fee of USD 20.00 along with the cost of carriage will be charged to you before the goods can be released.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL RETURNS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A VALID RETURNS NUMBER.

Any items are returned at your own risk. We strongly advise you to take care when returning items to us for example, by ensuring the goods are correctly addressed & adequately packaged. Items that arrive back damaged or destroyed as a result of poor packaging will not be accepted. These items will be resent to the customer at the customer's expense.
